He faithfully serves as the church bookkeeper and network administrator. He earned his Doctor of Religious Education degree from Tabernacle Baptist Seminary. in Family Counseling from Old Dominion University. Pastor Brian Kelly began as Assistant Pastor in July 1998 and became Associate Pastor in 2004.
He has four children, four grandsons, four granddaughters and three great-grand children. He served on the executive board of Bob Jones University and still serves on the board of Foundations Baptist Fellowship International and the advisory board of International Baptist Missions. On numerous occasions he has provided leadership in public affairs, moral issues and church-state issues both here in the city of San Francisco and on the state level in Sacramento. His messages are practical and life-transforming. Innes is internationally renowned for his dynamic doctrinal and expositional preaching. Pastor Innes continues a rich, full and far-reaching ministry of over forty years here at Hamilton Square. Under his leadership the church has become a thriving inner-city ministry. in 1961, and later his Bachelor of Divinity (B.D.), and honorary Doctor of Divinity (D.D.) and Doctor of Laws (L.L.D.) degrees. He was educated at Bob Jones University, receiving his B.A. Innes has served the congregation of the Hamilton Square Baptist Church as its senior pastor since January of 1977.
